Patio’s require approval from your local council to be erected. This is called certification or building approval and generally takes between 2 and 6 weeks to process. In some cases planning approval is required before the building permit.
We build your patio in around two weeks and installation can take up to 10 weeks depending on your design, materials and existing residence.
Yes. At Sunstate Design & Construct our team will handle the lot, from quoting all the way through to installation, including approval.
This depends on a few factors. The building code, government setbacks, space, and your existing residence. Our design team will work with you to create a perfect patio for your space.
With neighbour approval and some additional fees it may be possible to get approval to build within 500mm of your boundary fence. Speak with our team about your options today.
The deposit is either 5 or 10% depending on the total price. Once approval is received we begin a progressive payment structure to assist you in making the payments for your new patio.
We offer a structural warranty of 6 years and a material warrant of up to 15 years, dependent on the product.
