Deposit & Cross Check
Upon acceptance a master builders contract is down up and on receipt of a deposit, a check-measure is carried out on your property.

Council Approval & Material Delivery
Sunstate lodge any necessary paperwork with the council and order materials which are then delivered directly to your property.

Construction & Sign Off
Construction is carried out until completion & your property is reviewed by a certifier for final inspection & sign off. It's yours to enjoy now!
